YSASSY Return & Exchange Policy

  • Unworn/unopened jewelry can be exchanged within 3 days of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, return the product after approval and get Online Store Credit for the same amount (minus shipping costs) for future purchases, within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Items will be sent back after request is approved through courier. Shipping costs will not be part of the exchange or claim.
  • No requests will be entertained after 4 days of purchase.
  • No exchanges/refunds/claims can be made on discounted products/Clearance Sale.
  • If any item purchased at full price goes on sale, it will be exchanged at the marked down price.
  • All prices are fixed and inclusive of taxes.
  • No cash refund.
  • Exchange for sunglasses, bags will not be entertained due to hygienic reasons.
  • Online Store Credit means you can return your purchase and utilize the same amount for a later purchase.
  • Shipping costs will only be refunded for online purchases if:
    – The item was damaged when received by the customer
    – The wrong item was delivered
    – Promotional free shipping is being offered
  • In all other cases you will be responsible for bearing the cost of sending the item back to us.
    – An alternative is to exchange the product at YSASSY online store.
    – Online orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
    – Currently we do not offer any refunds or exchanges for international online orders.
